STAINLESS STEEL 316 DRUM LIFTING AND ROTATING – HIGH CARE CLEAN ROOM ENVIRONMENTS
The Drum Lifting Clamp Attachment was developed for a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry to handle stainless steel 316 drums in a clean room, high care environment.
DRUM CLAMP ATTACHMENT – HIGH CARE ENVIRONMENTS
This lifting solution was designed in response to a customer requirement to lift drums of chemicals to and from a weighing scale.The Clamp Attachment has been specifically designed to handle drums and similar vessels by providing powered vertical lifting and lowering only (i.e. no rotation of the drum).
MOTORISED MIXING BOWL LIFTING AND TIPPING ATTACHMENT
The Mixing Bowl Lifting Attachment for handling food ingredients has been designed to suit the ‘Hobart 140 quart mixing bowl’, although this bespoke solution can be tailored to meet most handling solutions. The attachment is designed to safely lift, tip and lower the mixing bowl.
ROLL HANDLING – VERTICAL SPINDLE, SIDEWAYS ROTATION
The roll handling equipment with the sideways rotation vertical spindle attachment from Packline allows easier loading and unloading when lifting rolls or reels of material where space can be an issue.

The barrel lifting attachment has been designed to provide the safe and easy lifting and controlled movement of barrels. This handling solution is designed to lift kegs of beer in the horizontal from the floor or a pallet up to and onto a storage frame.

One of the leading manufacturers of High Shear Mixer Heads approached Packline to assist in developing a lifting device that they could offer their customers as a safe and reliable means to handle their range of Mixer Heads.
FORWARD TIPPING CLAMP WITH GEARED ROTATION
Used for gripping loads by the diameter or circumference, such as drums and barrels, and rotating via the hand wheel or handles to any forwards position through 360 degrees.
MOBILE HOPPER
The Mobile Hopper has been designed to hold raw ingredients which can then be transported to mixing vats where the ingredients can be lifted/lowered into position and deposited in a controlled manner
